For 25 days I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent 5 emails still yet no reply from anyone from your company… It is terrible to go through such painful experience with your company .. I have returned the purchase item back to your company even have to pay the returning fee still you have refused to refund me back my money .. so disgusting

Awful. I thought I’d be getting a bargain but nothing other than a headache. I ordered two pairs of boots which were at such a low price in the sale it bought I was getting a steal. When they arrived, one pair came in the wrong size and the other box had a pair of size 2 wedges in (that I’d never ordered). I got in contact and they seemed quite helpful, apologising and saying they’d get the right sized boots sent straight away, but we’re sorry the other pair were now out of stock. FINE, can deal with this, it happens. I sent the wrong shoes back, low and behold, a week later the boots arrived… the same pair I’d sent back so still in the wrong size. Really not worth all the agro getting in contact and going to the post office multiple times, for a pair of boots that I struggle to believe were originally over £100. Anyway, bad experience. Won’t be buying from here again that’s for sure.

Ordered my bra wen it cane didn't fit prroperly,, had to send it back which cost me to return. Tried it on straight away and took it off and put it straight into package, got an e mail saying they could not replace it as there was a mark on it. I wish I examined it before as the mark could have been on it before I got it. The mark was soo tiny I could hardly see it. I should have took a photo of it before I returned it. So always take a photo before returning goods.

Terrible service, for returns they make you pay for the postage for each item returning to the suppliers different addresses and also do not refund you the full amount. Never will I use secret sales again.

Bought redfoot shoes last week but the quality wasn't as expected or as listed on website, you need to pay for your returns so pls be 100% sure you are ordering right stuff with right size else be ready to pay for returns.

Item never arrived by Royal Mail which I know is an issue with the Royal Mail side however when I went to contact secret sales I never got a response continued to email them and still no response customer service is shocking expected better couple of months later I have no product and no money back been robbed

Mirror arrived broken but secret sales only act as agent so reliant on supplier taking back the item and crediting
You have to then order again but shipping is free
Wouldn’t use again
